This is one of the fairy doors in my house. So far I have only seen four of these and they appear at random! Unfortunately I don't have a map like Daisy does in 'Bluebell Lodge'. 

“We also have this for you,” said Estella the Evening Primrose fairy, handing Daisy a small, folded paper object. “This is a map to show you the fairy doors in Bluebell Lodge. Open it out when you need it, and you will be able to see quite clearly where they all are.” “Thank you again,” said Daisy, quickly tucking the tiny map into her trouser pocket.
