Susie was born in Coventry where she attended school and college. Susie spent many of her childhood hours in libraries and book shops and as an adult she still does. Apart from writing she enjoys arts and crafts. She takes a keen interest in nature and wildlife, and this inspired her to write 'Bluebell Lodge'.

Bluebell Lodge

Eight-year-old Daisy had been looking forward to moving into her new home Bluebell Lodge for weeks, ever since she last saw it on a cold February day when there were big splashes of blue flowers standing proudly above the snow in the garden.
